Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Field Inspector in Las Vegas to inspect telecommunications construction projects, verify compliance with standards, and document field activities. You will coordinate with field personnel and contractors and deliver accurate reporting to support quality project execution.

The role focuses on field inspections, compliance with engineering standards, and thorough field documentation, with daily travel to project sites and involvement with contractors and government agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned project locations and conduct field inspections.
• Inspect cable placement, fiber placement, fiber splicing, and telecommunications construction work performed by field personnel and subcontractors.
• Verify work complies with engineering standards, construction specifications, and customer requirements.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed field reports.
• Attend field meetings with construction personnel, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Operate and maintain field equipment including laptops, iPads, height sticks, cameras, and PPE.
• Perform invoicing activities and manage subcontractor work orders as assigned.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and inspection records.
