Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Field Construction Coordinator to support field and office teams building telecommunications networks in West Virginia. You will assist with data collection, scheduling, and documentation while coordinating with engineering, subcontractors, and vendors. Travel to project sites is expected as required.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in reports, and timely updates to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of work experience and technical training in an industry-related program.
• Experience reading construction drawings and understanding specs.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling and project documentation processes.
• Ability to work with little supervision in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction and Engineering teams with field and office activities and data collection.
• Compile progress, milestones, and financial deadlines; maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources in daily operations.
• Support tender, invoices, and progress claims review.
• Data entry for daily production, timesheets, and subcontractors.
• Read drawings to assist with pre-construction walkouts and locates.
• Promote Ledcor safety culture and project safety program compliance.
