Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in underground dry utility construction.
• 5+ years in utility estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret CATV fiber design prints.

Responsibilities

• Create proposals by estimating labor, material, and subcontractor needs.
• Inspect job sites and collaborate with project managers.
• Prepare accurate bids ensuring deadlines are met.
