Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III to join our nationwide teams. You will perform detailed installation, removal and maintenance of Data Center, Telecom and Wireless equipment, including Transmission, Power and Fiber systems, with supervision where needed.

The role requires 3+ years of installation experience, familiarity with AT&T Central Office practices and DC power installation, plus willingness to travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience with telecom/data center gear.
• AT&T Central Office installation practices experience a plus.
• DC power installation experience a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and installation documents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and maintain Data Center, Telecom, and Wireless equipment.
• Work with Transmission, Power, and Fiber systems.
• Travel to customer locations nationwide; operate tools and test equipment.
• Ensure safety and follow procedures; keep work areas organized.
• Read and apply equipment specifications and installation documents.
