Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer - Level III to join our nationwide team. You will install, remove, and maintain Data Center, Telecom and Wireless equipment, including Transmission, Power, and Fiber systems, with supervision. Travel across the US is expected; a Passport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices a plus.
• DC Power Installation experience a plus.
• Ability to physically place, remove, or modify equipment including cables and data gear.
• Proficient laptop skills and application usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks; passport a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of installation teams at customer locations across the country.
• Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.
• Master installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and perform Installer Level 3/2 duties.
• Work on AC/DC Power, fiber systems, inside plant infrastructure, and supervisory/alarm systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, staging, and work areas on-site.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, paperwork, and administrative requirements.
• Read, understand, and apply job/equipment specifications and diagrams.
• Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
