Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III to perform detailed installation, removal, and maintenance of Data Center, Telecom and Wireless equipment across the country.

The role requires 3+ years of installation experience, knowledge of AC/DC power, fiber, and telecom systems, and proficient laptop/office skills. Travel nationwide with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience or combination of experience and training.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices a plus.
• DC Power Installation experience a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply job/equipment specifications, installation documents, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Be part of installation teams at customer locations across the country.
• Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.
• Must master installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and perform all duties of Installer Level 3 or 2 with high competency.
• Must possess installation skills on AC/DC Power, fiber systems, inside plant infrastructure, and alarm systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage, staging and work areas on-site.
• Understand company policies, safety procedures, paperwork, and admin requirements.
• Ability to read and apply job/equipment specifications and schematics.
