Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Telecom/Data Networking Certificate.
• Pursuing an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure voice and data equipment.
• Inventory and quality check of equipment list against staging documentation.
• Perform documented test procedures on voice and data equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Review provisioning notes for client specific instructions.
• Assemble cables, adapters and installation kits.
• Record test results.
• ASE – General organization of provisioning/testing area.
