TelCom Construction, LLC in Blaine, MN is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator Foreman to supervise on-site crews and coordinate HDD operations for safe underground installations.

You balance hands-on machinery operation with crew management, interpret blueprints, and enforce safety standards while delivering quality work in all weather. This role offers weekly pay, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) match, education reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating drill bores equipment in telecommunications or construction.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment necessary to complete tasks assigned to crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Utilize mud mixing systems.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment and tooling, and perform site set-up and clean-up.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
