TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator Foreman in Blaine, MN. This working supervisor will oversee the on-site crew, coordinate HDD operations, and ensure safe installation of underground cables and conduit.

The role blends hands-on machine operation with crew management, blueprint interpretation, and strict safety standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, and at least 3 years in drill bores within

Qualifications

• Must be able to read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents.
• Experience leading or supervising field crews.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site job safety analysis for new sites.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical docs for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment needed by the crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment & tooling, and perform site setup/cleanup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
