Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Supervisor Drafting/Designing to lead telecom design deliverables and manage teams across multiple projects. This role focuses on driving innovation, solving complex OSP challenges, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a related bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency with engineering software, and the ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient with hardware and engineering software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, O-calc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the United States; pre-employment screenings completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom design projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Coordinate and lead teams across projects, providing clear direction and collaboration.
• Solve complex OSP design challenges with technical expertise and creativity.
• Track and report team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights.
• Maintain project documentation, keeping data accurate and accessible.
