Job summary

Sadoff Iron and Metal is seeking a hands-on Telecom Warehouse Technician to safely teardown and sort telecom gear from decommissioned sites. Expect a first shift, Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay and a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy in inventory.

You will label, inventory, and transport materials, using hand and power tools across client locations. Ideal candidates have telecom/electronics experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1+ years of telecom, electronics, or equipment decommissioning experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in indoor FCC-regulated environments and physically demanding settings.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Decommission and disassemble telecom systems and infrastructure at client locations.
• Remove, sort, and palletize telecom and network equipment for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
• Label, inventory, and document removed materials following established protocols.
• Use hand and power tools to dismantle equipment.
• Maintain safety and follow site procedures; complete field documentation and photos.
• Travel to meet customer delivery requirements and coordinate with site contacts.
