Parkside Utility Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Underground Foreman to lead field crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems in PA locations. You will drive timelines, train crew members, read blueprints, and ensure OSHA/DOT safety compliance in all weather conditions.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, authorisation to work in the US, and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on safety and hands-on leadership on project sites.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older


• Authorization to work in the United States for this company


• A valid driver’s license


• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred


• At least three years of related work experience


• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
