Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Construction Supervisor to oversee project operations, assign daily tasks, track materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will manage on‑site personnel, maintain records, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed safely and per specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good understanding of OSHA requirements and safety priority.
• Ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure that construction is completed according to customer and industry specifications.
• Provide on-the-job training on construction practices to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
• Requisition, assign and track materials needed for daily operations.
• Perform audits of construction operations to ensure compliance with project specs and safety practices.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel work.
• Review daily production reports, material usage, and maintain accurate as-built maps.
• Reconcile issued parts and materials daily for accurate usage counts.
• Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for billing purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
