Team Fishel in Hampton, VA is seeking a Project Manager - Telecommunications Construction to lead telecom construction projects in the greater Tidewater area. The role directs multiple project teams, including full-time Teammates and subcontractors, from conception to final completion.

Required experience includes planning overhead and underground telecom projects, client development in telecom space, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with all levels of management, crews, and customers.
• Experience planning and managing overhead and underground telecom projects.
• Ability to develop new business with telecom clients.
• Ability to manage, report, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of fiber splicing.
• Represent the project and Team Fishel in public forums and planning sessions.
• Strong team-building and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct telecommunications construction projects in underground and overhead applications.
• Direct multiple project teams (full-time Teammates and subcontractors) from conception to completion.
• Manage total project scope and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
