Job summary

Fisk Electric Co. in Houston, TX seeks a Telecommunication Project Manager to lead telecom construction projects ranging from $1M to $5M from kickoff through closeout.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, and customer expectations. You will apply knowledge of Division 27/28, fiber optics, structured cabling, pathways, DAS, security, testing, and related low‑voltage systems while coordinating multi‑discipline teams and communicating with owners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom or low-voltage construction experience.
• 2-3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued from $1M-$5M.
• Proficiency with project management, estimating, scheduling, and construction documentation software.
• Strong knowledge of BICSI standards, NEC requirements, Division 27/28 specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom construction projects valued from $1M-$5M from kickoff through closeout.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, and customer expectations.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes; perform takeoffs; develop labor and material estimates; identify scope gaps.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, labor and material costs, purchase orders, change orders, and project schedules.
• Coordinate foremen, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, electrical contractors, and other stakeholders.
