Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Telecommunication Project Manager in Houston, TX to oversee telecom projects from kickoff to closeout, valued at $1M–$5M. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials and subcontractors, while coordinating with owners and contractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom or low-voltage construction, PM experience, and a solid grasp of BICSI/NEC standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom or low-voltage construction experience.
• 2-3+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects valued from $1M-$5M.
• Proficiency with project management, estimating, scheduling, and construction documentation software.
• Strong knowledge of BICSI standards, NEC requirements, Division 27/28 specifications, and commercial construction practices.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom construction projects ranging from $1M-$5M from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Coordinate foremen, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Owners, general contractors, electrical contractors, and other stakeholders.
