Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction: loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of materials and equipment.
• Install and repair aerial telecommunications cables.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely, including wrenches, drills, ladders, and saws.
• Operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Set up safety perimeters, flag traffic when required, and work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to climb poles, work in bucket trucks, and perform duties involving lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and extended periods of standing, bending, and climbing.
