Responsibilities:

1. Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction: loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of materials and equipment.
2. Install and repair aerial telecommunications cables.
3. Safely use hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks, etc.
4. Operate mechanized equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators.
5. Set up safety perimeters with signage, cones, barriers.
6. Flag traffic when required.
7. Work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to climb poles, work in bucket trucks, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions.
