Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Lease Provider and GC regarding contract requirements.
• Perform job walks.
• Assess and provide feedback regarding maintenance and scope performance quality.
• Request RFQs for labor and telecom materials.
• Provide status reports to management team.
