Job summary

Globe Communications, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team in Monroe, NC. You will operate and maintain equipment used to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

The role is hourly, field-based, and requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Training is provided, with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for Globe Communications, LLC.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (not provisional).
• Experience with drill setup and design processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis and follow safety protocols.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by the job plan.
• Set up and clean up the job site.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from the truck.
• Establish and maintain a safety perimeter around work areas.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
