Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise and perform construction duties on telecommunication sites. You will lead a 2-4 person crew, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time and safely.

You will read and interpret design site plans and SOWs, develop MOPs, plan materials and tools, manage budgets, and maintain thorough job records. The role requires strong communication, hands-on electrical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year college/technical certificate or 3–6 years related experience.
• Electrician Apprenticeship Certificate required.
• Licensed Electrician preferred.
• Strong communication and English writing skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel out of town if required.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–4 members on telecommunication sites.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Plan and schedule work; ensure timely, safe execution.
• Review SOW and MOP; prepare detailed procedures.
• Maintain job records and budgets; manage materials.
• Inspect installs and report safety incidents.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on equipment and tools.
• Recruit and train employees per policy.
