You will diagnose issues, document work, and coordinate with teams to ensure reliable service delivery for residential and multi-dwelling unit deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications is a plus.
• Previous experience as a telecom technician preferred.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure telecommunication equipment and services in MDUs and SFUs.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot service issues as they arise.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers on service features, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services.
• Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Update network documentation and diagrams as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.
