Madison Telecommunications is hiring a Broadband Installation Technician to join our in-person field team in the Savannah area. You will learn a skilled trade with paid training, drive a company vehicle, and help customers install and troubleshoot internet, TV, phone, and smart home services.

The role offers a clear career path from Technician to Lead Technician and higher roles, with opportunities for travel on select projects in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
• Able to climb ladders up to 28 feet and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and businesses.
• Install and troubleshoot internet, TV, phone and smart home services.
• Configure Wi‑Fi equipment and educate customers.
• Complete work electronically and move to next customer.
