• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management domains.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, and escalation paths.
• Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
• Drive operational transformation outcomes including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention, and better customer experience.
• Provide architecture governance across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring operational use cases align with telecom processes, data quality, integration feasibility, and production readiness.

Our client, Telecom & AI Transformation is seeking a Telecom AI Transformation Lead to join their team. As a Telecom AI Transformation Lead, you will be part of the customer-facing architecture and transformation organization supporting large-scale NOC/SOC and operations modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer handling, deep telecom domain expertise, and proven leadership in AI-driven automation programs, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management domains.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, and escalation paths.

What's Needed?

• 15+ years of experience in Telecom, AI Automation, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong customer handling, consulting, and stakeholder management experience, including leading workshops and requirements discussions.
• Deep telecom domain expertise across OSS/BSS, NOC, Service Assurance, Provisioning, and Operations.
• Hands‑on understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, AIOps, and intelligent automation platforms, with strong AWS architecture experience.
• Ability to engage leadership‑level stakeholders and lead solutioning, PoCs, end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations.
