You will support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables, provide necessary tools and materials, and ensure safety compliance during all work activities. Candidates must be 18+, have authorization to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license. Prior labor experience is beneficial. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Excellent driving record is essential.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Aerial Telecom Crew during installations and maintenance of cables.
• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Direct and flag traffic flow according to local guidelines.
• Perform hand digging with tools, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Labor experience in telecommunications

Certified pole climber

Valid state driver's license

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
