Communication Construction Group, LLC in Mt. Laurel, NJ is hiring a Telecommunications Laborer to support an aerial telecom crew with fiber/telecom cable installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities include supplying tools, positioning equipment, tagging, and traffic control, with overtime and on-call duties as needed. Qualifications include being 18+, valid work authorization, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
