Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an aerial crew in installing and maintaining fiber and telecom cables. You will handle tools, parts, and materials, move equipment, and help ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.

This role requires you to be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to become certified as a pole climber is a plus; climbing and outdoor work are common.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction are completed daily.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
