Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction, LLC in Bethel Park, PA seeks an Aerial Line Foreman to oversee installation and maintenance of aerial telecom systems. You will lead on-site crews, ensure safety, and comply with regulations while delivering quality workmanship.

The role is field-based with hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Must be dedicated and able to travel for storm response when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• DOT medical card and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber/telecom cables and supporting structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on site.
• Climb heights using hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members.
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
