The role requires climbing, driving, and occasional storm-response travel. The position offers hourly pay, with benefits including weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous construction experience, telecommunications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber and telecom cables overhead and repair issues.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow on site.
• Climb heights with hooks and ladders.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
