NVIDIA is seeking a creative Tegra SoC software engineer to design, develop and verify features for next-generation ARM-based SoCs. You will work with hardware, silicon and pre-silicon teams to bring up platforms, craft and test OS software, and influence architecture through clear design specifications.

Role requires 5+ years of experience, strong C and low-level driver skills, and hands-on work on complex hardware/software systems. Competitive salary with equity and benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, CS or related degree.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proven leadership and ownership on past projects.
• Hands-on technical experience in complex software/hardware design.
• Excellent C programming and low-level driver experience.
• Experience with ARM-based processor architecture.
• Familiarity with computer system architecture concepts (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA).

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and verify features for next generation SoC architecture with HW and SW teams.
• Modeling and simulation for product development.
• Collaborate with hardware/silicon/pre-silicon teams to bring up platforms.
• Bring-up SoC focusing on core OS software on new platforms.
• Develop, unit test, document and maintain Tegra SoC features.
• Influence hardware architecture and system software via design specs.
