Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Tegra Software Engineer to develop firmware and security software for Tegra SoCs, with emphasis on Root of Trust and pre-silicon validation. You will collaborate across architecture, software, and hardware teams to push NVIDIA's next-gen GPUs and SOCs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong system software skills, and proficiency in C/C++ and Assembly; Rust and Ada/Spark are a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong system software engineering skills with a drive to tackle hard problems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Assembly; Rust and Ada/Spark are a plus.
• Good understanding of OS internals, embedded systems, and security software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop bare metal firmware, software, and applications for security use cases and proofs of concept.
• Debug security and system software for Tegra SoC.
• Work on Root of Trust build in cryptographic security system.
• Lead pre-silicon test phases, develop test cases, and improve test automation and software quality.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, and hardware teams to advance next-gen NVIDIA SoCs.
• Engage with technology partners to ensure integration and performance.
