NVIDIA AI is seeking a skilled system software engineer to design and develop the ARM Trusted Firmware stack, Hafnium, TF-A, and RMM. You will also work on next‑generation Tegra SOC hardware, crafting low‑level device drivers and solving complex security and performance challenges.

Applicants should have a BS or MS in CS/EE and at least two years in embedded systems with strong C/C++ skills and solid architecture knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in embedded systems and device driver development
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and a deep understanding of computer architecture fundamentals
