Job summary

Haemonetics seeks a field-based professional to manage a territory of TEG customers, driving product usage and revenue growth. You will train clinicians, provide onsite support, and expand the customer base through clinical education across labs, ICU, and operating rooms.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, manage CRM records, and collaborate with the account management team to forecast and grow the business. Extensive travel and cross-functional teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or medical field required.
• 3+ years experience in industry or clinically related settings.
• Experience with complex medical devices and/or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory management for existing TEG customer base and expansion.
• Train customers on TEG equipment, software, and disposables; interpret results.
• Provide onsite support during go-live and ongoing training.
• Develop relationships with clinicians and key decision makers; pursue market development.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and Implementation team during installation and validation.
