We Whiten in Utah is seeking a friendly Teeth Whitening Specialist to join our part-time team. You will deliver professional whitening treatments, assist clients, and help drive sales through friendly service and recommendations.

No prior whitening or sales experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. This role offers flexible part-time hours, weekends, and a supportive team focused on client experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend whitening treatments.
• Perform professional teeth whitening treatments following procedures.
• Educate clients about treatments, products, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend products and services based on client needs.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and memberships.
• Build relationships and create a positive studio experience.
• Support daily studio operations and sales goals with the team.

Your Role

• Welcome clients and provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their goals and recommend appropriate whitening treatments.
• Perform professional teeth whitening treatments following company procedures and training.
• Educate clients about treatments, products, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend products and services based on each client's needs.
• Follow up with clients and help encourage repeat visits and memberships.
• Build strong relationships with clients while creating a positive studio experience.
• Participate in sales conversations and work toward individual and studio sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow company procedures.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and professional.
• Work closely with the team to support daily studio operations and sales goals.
