We Whiten in Plano, TX is seeking a Teeth Whitening Specialist for a part-time role. You will join a growing, sales-driven team focused on professional whitening treatments and exceptional client experiences.

No prior whitening or sales experience is required; training is provided. Welcome clients, conduct consultations, perform treatments, educate on aftercare, and help drive sales and memberships while keeping the studio welcoming and organized.

Your Role

• Welcome clients and provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their goals and recommend appropriate whitening treatments.
• Perform professional teeth whitening treatments following company procedures and training.
• Educate clients about treatments, products, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend products and services based on each client's needs.
• Follow up with clients and help encourage repeat visits and memberships.
• Build strong relationships with clients while creating a positive studio experience.
• Participate in sales conversations and work toward individual and studio sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow company procedures.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and professional.
• Work closely with the team to support daily studio operations and sales goals.
