Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Promote participation and provide guidance to members.
• Prepare unit and lesson plans per standards.
• Supervise up to 24 staff with training and coaching.
• Monitor attendance and payroll records.
• Collaborate in hiring and grant compliance.
• Ensure grants requirements and deadlines are met.
• Conduct inventory and procurement.
