Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Teen Specialist to oversee all teen programs across assigned Clubhouses. You will plan, develop, report, and implement programs with the Programs team, while assisting with operations and supervising in the absence of leadership.

You will mentor members, ensure safety and conduct standards, manage outreach, and help maintain a positive Clubhouse environment. A Nevada driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience with middle/high school youth in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google productivity apps (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to manage multi-age groups and coordinate activities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Safety, well-being, and output responsibility for others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teen programs and activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan, develop, and implement teen programs with the Programs team.
• Ensure program compliance, documentation, and metrics tracking.
• Mentor members and enforce standards with age-appropriate consequences.
• Promote programs and recruit members through outreach.
• Assist with Club operations and other duties as assigned.
