Parkview Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Teen Coordinator to help develop, manage, and deliver high-quality programs for teens. You will engage with youth, coordinate events, and support program delivery to foster a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be cleared to drive a bus.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and demonstrated recordkeeping proficiency.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups regardless of age, race, or economic status.

Responsibilities

• Develop: Create and distribute program rules, guidelines, and handbooks to ensure safe and consistent program delivery.
• Evaluate: Track participation and outcomes to help ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Support: Assist with marketing, participant communication, and responding to questions or concerns.
