Job summary

YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a Teen Coordinator for the Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN. This part-time role involves planning and delivering teen programs, events, and meaningful relationships that empower youth.

You will lead program development, track outcomes, and support marketing and communications while maintaining a flexible schedule including afterschool, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be cleared to drive a bus.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality teen programs.
• Create and distribute program rules, guidelines, and handbooks to ensure safe and consistent program delivery.
• Track participation and outcomes to help ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Assist with marketing, participant communication, and responding to questions or concerns.
• Lead and oversee signature teen programs (Youth and Government and Teen Leaders Club).
