Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator in Shadyside, PA. You will help plan and run teen programming that promotes academics, leadership, health, and career readiness, while building strong relationships with youth and their families.
The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment, supporting outreach, and tracking program impact. A background in youth services and trauma-informed practices is valued.
Location: Shadyside, PA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Typically 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM during the school year and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the summer; hours may vary.
The Teen Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of high-quality teen programming designed to promote academic success, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, workforce readiness, mentoring, and social‑emotional growth. This role builds meaningful relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where teens can thrive.
CPR/Pediatric First Aid, Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History, FBI Clearance, NSOR Certificate, TB Test, Mandated Reporter Training, and other required certifications must be obtained upon hire or within established timelines.
