• Demonstrated ability to successfully coach and mentor adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Develop close, personal, and emotionally supportive relationships with students.
• Lead by example to mediate conflicts and provide guidance.
• Assist Home Manager in leadership duties and training.
• Participate in activities to help students develop life skills.
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and report on progress.
