Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator for the Teen Center located at the Andrew Jackson Club House in Nashville. The role reports to the Director of the Teen Center and focuses on teen engagement, membership registration, and program support.

On-site work requires dedication to positive youth development, data tracking, and collaboration with staff to meet organizational goals. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of computers and ability to work with technology.
Organize and supervise teen members while maintaining a safe environment.
Data entry experience.
Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.
Valid State Driver's License.
Pass a background check and physical examination.

Responsibilities

Create an environment that supports positive youth development for teens ages 13-18.
Promote and encourage teen participation in daily programs and activities.
Registering new teen members and leading orientation.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and positive role modeling to teen members.
Collect membership dues and other program funds; prepare reports.
Support Teen Center goals and assist in program planning.
