Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a driven Lead Technician in Mobile, AL to join a growing team. You will perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration, while coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.

This role offers paid training, certifications, a bonus structure based on performance, and strong growth potential with PTO, 401k matching, and a supportive, team-oriented culture that values ownership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) is a bonus.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services

• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports


• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
