Culligan Water of San Benito, TX is seeking a skilled service technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in homes and small businesses. You will work with water softeners, drinking water systems, and other treatment solutions to deliver reliable, high-quality results.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, performing installations and upgrades, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of plumbing/maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment with timely troubleshooting.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Culligan systems at homes/businesses.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist teammates with product delivery and installation.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and protect company image.
• Follow safety rules and Culligan policies.
