Job summary

Culligan Water of San Antonio seeks an Installation Technician to perform water tests, repairs, upgrades, maintenance and installations of Culligan equipment at residential or commercial sites. You will recommend products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic plumbing skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate power tools, with a focus on safe, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic plumbing experience.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use power tools.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on repairs or upgrades and maintenance agreements.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with delivery and installation of products.
• Handle physical job demands and varying weather conditions.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Communicate status to customers and staff.
• Follow safety procedures and Culligan policies; may work weekends.
• Install water conditioning/filtration equipment in residential or commercial settings.
• Operate company truck and manage daily routes.
• Identify additional services and present options to customers.
• Document all tasks daily and ensure quality workmanship.
