Job summary

Oliver Cre is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities run smoothly, inspect the building for damage, and perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and a problem solver with prior maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and a minimum of 2 years in maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is expected.
• Experience with maintaining equipment and performing repairs is required.
• Must be available to respond to maintenance requests at night and on weekends.
• Strong work ethic and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures and electrical systems.
• Inspect the building for structural damage and perform repairs as needed.
• Keep records of repairs and last service dates.
• Develop preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks and improve efficiency.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
