Warehouse Repair Solutions Llc is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate efficiently. You will inspect buildings, perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and document service history.

A reliable team player who can solve problems and manage time effectively is ideal for our fast-growing company. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and on-call availability nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure efficiency and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and complete repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and service history.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
