Job summary

Apple Management Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance technician for our apartment communities, primarily in Diamond Bar, CA with occasional trips to Riverside, Norwalk and Montebello.

You will perform residential maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and assist with turnover and remodeling projects. Applicants should have at least 5 years of maintenance experience, own basic tools, and reliable transportation.

Note that work location is primarily Diamond Bar and occasionally Riverside, Norwalk and Montebello.
