Job Summary

Applicant must have:

• Experience in residential maintenance in an Apartment Community.


• Experience in turnover and apartment remodeling.


• Experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and basic Electrical. Painting a plus.


• Experience in work orders.


• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.

Note that work location is primarily Diamond Bar and occasionally Riverside, Norwalk and Montebello.
