Expack is seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Technician for our Fair Lawn, NJ facility. You will ensure products meet high quality standards through precise testing and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with technical/lab training in chemistry, cosmetics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Ability to follow established procedures in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and chemical testing (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, appearance, color, texture).
• Document observations and test outcomes with accuracy.
• Perform routine lab equipment maintenance.
• Submit, check, and modify lab consumables in QC lab.
• Maintain organized regulatory files for audits and labelling reviews.
• Oversee raw material coding by collecting supplier regulatory docs.
• Follow GLP, GMP procedures and safety regulations.
